We build Android apps — and publish them ourselves.

ZZK Group builds apps and games, ships them to Google Play under our own name, and runs the growth and revenue in-house. Everything we recommend has already been tested on something we own.

What we run

Four divisions, one team.

An app normally passes through four sets of hands before it earns anything, and something is lost at every handover. We keep all four in-house, so nobody inherits a product they've never met.

Division 01

Engineering

Native Android built properly — an architecture that still holds in year two, screens that stay quick on a modest handset, releases that don't ruin anyone's evening. We write it knowing we're the ones maintaining it.

Division 02

Acquisition

Paid growth judged on payback rather than on how the first week reads. Creative produced in volume and retired without sentiment, budget moved toward whatever the week-four cohort is genuinely doing.

Division 03

Revenue

Advertising, subscriptions and in-app purchases weighed against one another and against the user's patience. The model is drawn alongside the product, so the moment somebody pays never feels like a toll.

Division 04

Portfolio

We acquire Android apps that have found an audience but run out of runway, then supply the distribution and revenue work they never got. Outright, or alongside the person who built it.

What we take on

Three practices, one roof.

Engineering, revenue and growth sit at the same table. Whoever wrote the code is watching the numbers it produces.

01 / Engineering

Android development

A single well-made screen or an entire live-ops backend — written so the next person to open it doesn't swear.

  • Native apps & casual games
  • Tools, utilities & companions
  • Play Store release & ASO
  • Analytics, backend & live-ops
02 / Revenue

Monetization

The business model drawn at the same time as the product, not appended the week the free installs run dry.

  • Mediation & waterfall tuning
  • Subscriptions & paywall design
  • In-app purchase economies
  • Placement that respects the user
03 / Growth

User acquisition

Every install treated as a line with a cost and a return, then followed long enough to establish which it was.

  • Multi-channel paid media
  • Creative production at volume
  • Bid, budget & audience tuning
  • Cohort & payback modelling
Our apps

Our catalogue is live on Google Play.

Everything we publish is something we own — that's how the advice stays honest. Every tactic we recommend is run on our own titles first, then taken to the work we do for other people.

How it runs

Assess, build, scale.

Three stages, deliberately few. Each has to earn the next before anything is committed.

1

Assess

Who it's for, what it displaces, and whether the arithmetic can ever close. A good number of ideas end here — and this is by far the cheapest place for one to end.

2

Build

Something real in people's hands early, then refined in short passes — measurement and the revenue model wired in from the first build rather than fitted afterwards.

3

Scale

Once a cohort holds and the payback maths works, we open the spend and let it compound across markets. Nothing scales here until the numbers say it can take it.

Acquisitions

Sitting on an app that deserves more?

We buy Android apps outright, and we'll structure an earn-out for anyone who'd rather keep a share of where it ends up. If you've built something sound and run out of time, budget or appetite for the growth end of it, that's a conversation we enjoy.

  • Casual & hyper-casual games
  • Tools, utilities & companions
  • Real installs and real retention
  • Under-monetized, with room to move
